International bank
A key business unit within an international bank was looking to reduce its real estate overhead and wanted a more flexible environment than its existing 1:1 desk ratio.
At the time, this internal business unit was being cross charged £12,000 (today £20,000) per seat for 1,300 seats for an annual cost of £15.6m ($20m). We were able to reduce that charge by 300 seats and £3.6m annually, £6m at today’s value.
