MIPIM took place at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. Since its inception in 1990, MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels de l’Immobilier) has grown into a pivotal gathering for property professionals worldwide.

The event typically attracts 20,000+ participants, including developers, investors, city officials, and architects, offering a comprehensive platform for networking, exhibitions, and discussions on the future of urban development as well as numerous fringe events.

Beyond the formal sessions, MIPIM offers a vibrant atmosphere for informal networking, with many attendees holding meetings and events aboard luxury yachts docked at the nearby Vieux Port.
